China Summons Tech Giants to Warn Against Cooperating With Trump Ban - The New York Times
The Chinese government this past week summoned major tech companies including Microsoft and Dell from the United States and Samsung of South Korea, to warn that they could face dire consequences if they cooperate with the Trump administration’s ban on sales of key American technology to Chinese companies, according to people familiar with the meetings. Held on Tuesday and Wednesday, the meetings came soon after Beijing’s announcement that it was assembling a list of “unreliable” companies and individuals.
Alec Baldwin talks retiring Trump on 'SNL,' new DeLorean documentary
Q: Who would you like to see play Trump on "Saturday Night Live" after you? Baldwin: I don't know. Darrell Hammond did it and is a far better impressionist than I'll ever be. When Anthony Atamanuik (started impersonating Trump on Comedy Central's "The President Show"), all these people were attacking me, saying, "Oh, your impression sucks and you suck. Please go away." It also was something I thought to myself: "I really don't have a lot invested in my Trump impersonation, so please find someone and convince Lorne (Michaels) to replace me." I'm completely down with that. Winning the Emmy for that show aside, it was not some career goal of mine. So if (Atamanuik) wants the job, it's his. He can have it. I've done that. I mean, I had a lot of fun with (the cast), and when Chris Kelly and Sarah Schneider wrote (Trump sketches in 2016 and 2017), that was new, it was fresh and the ratings were good. But I feel like I'm done with that now. I'm so done with that.

The district judge Margot Coleman issued the Conservative MP with a summons on 29 May to attend Westminster magistrates court and face three allegations of misconduct in public office. After a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice in London on Friday, however, Lady Justice Rafferty and Mr Justice Supperstone overturned the decision.
Up to 90% of Channel 4 staff expected to quit rather than move to Leeds | The Guardian
Channel 4’s move out of London will cost at least £50m, with the number of staff seeking redundancy payments in preference to leaving the capital running at more than 80% in some departments. Channel 4 is understood to be planning for a bill of more than £50m over the next three years as it seeks to rebalance its operation across the UK, including moving 300 of its 800 staff out of its London headquarters.
